From the moment of arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile by your courteous staff, who promptly attended to my needs. During my stay, I had the opportunity to enjoy the luxurious amenities, such as the spacious swimming pool and modern spa, which provided an excellent place for relaxation after long days of sightseeing. The hotel's restaurant pleasantly surprised me with the high quality of the dishes served and impeccable service, making each meal a memorable experience for my taste buds. Additionally, the comfortable and beautifully appointed room in which I had the pleasure of staying provided convenience and tranquility throughout my entire visit. All of these aspects made my time at your hotel not only exceptional but also incredibly rejuvenating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking unforgettable moments in a beautiful setting and exceptional service. I stayed here for 4 nights at the villa #145 with a private pool. The room was spacious, comfortable. The courtyard is reasonable in size with a swimming pool. The bathroom is huge, separate shower and toilet, plus an outdoor shower which I loved it. The location is a bit out of town, there was a bus shuttle service 3 times a day. There is no beach access, although the hotel was right at water front. The swimming pool was large and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good. The 3pm chocolate hour was great. Best of all, the friendliness and attentiveness of staff made this resort so homely feeling.

I had a pretty good experience at Mövenpick Hua Hin. The breakfast was delicious, and I've stayed at quite a few 5-star hotels, but honestly, only a handful have every single breakfast item tasting so good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach. It's clean, comfortable, and not crowded. The staff was quick to respond when I needed help. Unfortunately, some of the staff, especially at the front office, aren't very fluent in English. I had a misunderstanding with a friend due to miscommunication caused by the front office staff not being great at understanding and conveying English. In Bangkok, I stayed at a 3-star hotel, but their English was excellent, and that surprised me since Mövenpick is an international chain. There's one front office staff named Nook who took the initiative to use Google Translate, and out of everyone, she was the most helpful.

Pros: -The reception staff is very accommodating and detail oriented. -The cleaning of the hotel is very high standard. -The breakfast buffet has a large variety. -The massages are great -Aircon and water pressure was good -Chocolate hour Cons: -We were in Villa 120 for a week, and unfortunately the big tree in front of the house shadows the backyard, so there is very little sunlight. -The hotel doesn’t have a beach, you cannot even enter the ocean, it’s like a small closed harbour dock. -The pool didn’t seem too clean - I could see an oily layer of old sunscreen on top of the water. -You cannot walk away from the hotel - the big road is not safe for walking, so no matter where you want to go, you have to take a taxi - the taxi drivers knows this, so they charge you more. -The staff of the poolside restaurant is not very attentive - we felt forgotten several times during our stay. They are kind, it’s not that, they just seem to forget. -At a 5* resort I would expect the staff to come around and ask if I would like to buy something no matter if I sit at the restaurant, sun chairs, or by the ocean bar, which is not staffed?! You have to get up and go to the restaurant to order, and that doesn’t feel comfortable in a bikini. They also didn’t ask if we sat in the little sitting area next to the kids pool. You should just walk around the pool every 10-20 minutes to see if someone wants to order something. And keep menus by the pool so people can see what the selection is. -Several times during our stay I notified the staff regarding missing towels by the pool and missing toilet paper in the pool toilets. You should have a better system for refilling. -Since the place is so secluded, it would be nice with a playground for the kids. Some swings and a slide perhaps.
