I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Movenpick hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service specially miss Abir in reception she helped me in my check in she's very kind and helpful The hotel's ambiance is exquisite, with tastefully decorated rooms and luxurious amenities. The room I stayed in was not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness during these times is truly commendable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had, and their genuine friendliness made me feel right at home

Had a good 4 days stay in a deluxe king room. Service was excellent. Singling out Mr Khalid. His attention to detail was impeccable. Nice pool side. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast buffet was healthy and delivered a good selection. Room had some inadequacies, door knob was faulty, shower not sealed, but rather irrelevant in all honesty!❤️ the room keys which were made from wood. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Subject: Unfavorable Experience at Event Venue I recently attended a recruitment event at this venue, and my overall experience was marred by an incident that I feel compelled to share. During the event, when I attempted to access the restroom, I was unexpectedly halted by a security personnel who stated that the facilities were reserved for customers only. This encounter left me puzzled, as the recruitment company had covered the expenses for the event location. While I personally did not make a direct payment, it was an open day, and attendees were welcomed without charge. The inconsistency in the security personnel's response prompted me to express my concerns through this review. In attending a recruitment event, one expects a certain level of professionalism and accommodation. Unfortunately, the treatment I received contradicted this expectation. It's important for event venues to ensure that their staff is aware of the event details, especially when the location is secured and covered by the organizing entity. I believe constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I share this experience in the hope that it serves as a reminder for the venue's management to enhance their communication and customer service protocols. Instances like these can impact the overall perception of the venue and deter potential attendees. In conclusion, I find it challenging to recommend a venue that fails to provide a consistent and respectful experience for attendees. I trust that the management will take this feedback into consideration and work towards ensuring a more positive and inclusive environment for future events.

Do not trust the staff to show any concern for belongings in storage. Showing a ticket to recover luggage in storage is responded to with a shrug and complete disregard. Currently still "trying to find" luggage. The hotel is comfortable but completely untrustworthy with luggage or property in storage. **EDIT** My original review reflected the mood in the moment. Temporarily misplacing my luggage, including my suit when I was supposed to arrive back at the hotel and have 10 minutes to change to make a critical meeting was unnecessary stress. The meeting in the end was postponed, so no harm done. Aside from this minor heart attack inducing moment the rest of the stay has been quite fantastic. The staff in particular are amazing. Having been here in total almost a week, it is clear I have been here too long by the number of the team I am now greeting on a first name basis. It seems I am becoming a part of the furniture. The hotel really has been a home away from, and have largely been a help in navigating Morocco.

This was my first holiday since before covid. The rooms were great, the service immaculate. A shout out to all the staff who were so friendly and helpful. This touch of luxe was a present to myself and it was great. Loved the poolside atmosphere and a very kind thank you to Bouchra who kept my room immaculate. Totally recomend movenpick. love the uniforms. Really smart. I hope Accor pays you properly, they certainly charge us euro rates. Sally from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤
