A spotless and spacious apartment situated in a prime location, allowing you to easily explore Barcelona's major attractions on foot. We stayed in an 8-person apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room equipped with a fully fitted kitchen. Everything you'll need for cooking is provided. The building, dating back to around 1900, exudes an old-world charm. The elevator, however, is a relic from the past and may give you a sense of stepping into an old movie!

The kitchen was very dirty. When we used the cooker hood, dirt would come out from it and into the food. This happened twice and we had to throw out the food. It was also very expensive because I paid £600 for 1 night but I could have book a 5 star hotel for that price.

The owner of this house is very greedy for money, she will blame you for breaking things but it was like that in the first place. The shower curtains were very dirty and the sink was blocked. We had to use buckets to take water out of the sink.

The apartment is big. It has beds for up to 16 people. I did not stay there myself but visited friends staying there for an hour. It is very well located. Close to Placa De Catalunya. Also a block away is a very good Korean restaurant called Corea. The apartment is big. And good for a bigger group. The photos though leave a bit better impression than it is. It could have some more maintenance and freshening up if I would go with a big group I would consider this very much as a good option for accommodation.
