Fantastic staff particularly Ms. Autumn who very helpful and attentive. The rooms looked great and there was definitely a lot of effort and attention to detail in preparing the rooms. The breakfast was fantastic. Due to the climate in the region, it's very humid so the room smelled a bit musty. The hotel staff gave us their humidifier to use for as long as we needed which was very kind of them. The location is also good since it's further away from the centre so it's quiet but close enough to walk.

Lovely smaller hotel about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. Having said that, the walk is past many eateries and bars so…pick a different one every time you go by! Rooms are well appointed and the staff are super friendly. Comfy bed and the best shower we’ve had in Vietnam so far.

A really beautiful hotel. My room was fantastic, great ac, very comfortable and a magnificent bed. All staff bent over backwards to help as well as being amazingly helpful and friendly. I found the location perfect too, close enough you can wander wherever you like, but still far enough away you don't suffer from all the noise. Great place, would stay there again.

I am sharing a honest opinion after a few nights spent in the hotel. + rooms are spacious and clean, well equipped + good insulation - there is no noice from outside even though there is a noisy street just outside + good breakfast, there are some options to choose and good choice of drinks (tea, coffee, juices) Staff is very nice and is doing their best to try to help you. They can support you in organizing everything. But I didn’t like being ask a few times to give 5/5 opinion. Asking for opinion is good but suggesting a rate is absolutely not ok. Also 4/5 is not a bad opinion, it is simply good and this is my rate.
