Good: It's big for a capsule. Lots of storage space Floors aren't crowded and most of the guests are pretty quiet. Some must be reminded though. Shower and toilets are clean and modern. Fresh towels and sleepwear everyday. Staff are polite. Sheets get changed every few days. Train is close. Couple of good restaurants around. (ramen behind the hotel is good) Not good: IT'S HOT. This was the absolute worst thing. We asked the staff multiple times to turn off the heater. Would still wake up sweating. There is little to no airflow in the capsules. No air conditioning in the capsule. Not even a fan. I recommend to bring your own. There's a vent fan in the capsule, but that's it. Dryer on level 4 took 3 attempts to dry my laundry. Wasn't a large load. It's coin operated as well. Small issue: it'd be fantastic if the TV had YouTube or something other than JPN TV. The elevator stops on level 2 every time. Up and down, it automatically stops at level two. OK but annoying. If you're in a pinch, it's fine for multiple nights. Personally, I'd go somewhere that has some sort of airflow or air-conditioning.

Like a lot of reviews said, the cabin is spacious. I also liked that there's space big enough to put my luggage below. Shower rooms are pretty spacious too. During my stay, my floor didn't have a lot of people so it's pretty quiet. Location is also pretty good, with convenient stores and McDonald's just a stone's throw away. The entrance with a lift for the Asakusa Line connected to Keisei Line bound for Narita is also within walking distance, so it's convenient when you're heading to the airport with luggage. One downside is the steps; I found them a little narrow and had to be more mindful when climbing up and down. The luggage shades and storage in the cabin were noisy too. And the storage in the cabin was a little too small.

Spacious capsule rooms in a relatively quiet area of Tokyo just next to a metro station with good connections to most tourist stops. Overall modern and clean feeling, mattresses on the harder side which may not be to everyone's taste (but fine by me). Only downsides are that even by Tokyo standards, it's not really the cheapest for a luxury capsule hotel and during my last stay the air conditioning was far too loud/high when it wasn't necessary.

I only stayed for one night but its equally great if you're staying for longer. Definitely did not feel like a capsule hotel! The front-desk staff was so kind and helpful (I don't remember her name, but she has a short hair and wears glasses :)) (+) The capsule was a good size - I'm 1.65m and had no issue with space. It was well-lit and had a little locker box by the bed to keep your valuable items. (+) The luggage compartment was a huge plus; it was very spacious and could easily fit a standard-sized suitcase & backpack with some room to spare (+) The bathroom & restrooms are so clean! The shower area was especially spacious and there is a laundry corner to do your washing if needed (+) They provide toiletries, towels, slippers, (and even PJ) free of charge. If you are a backpacker or travel really light, this would be those small things provided that make all the difference (+) Its located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but still pretty strategic w/ plenty of convenient stores, small restaurants around (there is even a McDonalds just a few doors down). The Kuramae station is pretty much next door! (-) The pillow was not very comfortable for me personally - had a hard time sleeping properly because of it (-) The room temperature might feel too warm for most people If I am ever back in Tokyo, I would definitely stay here again. I was so impressed!
