Nothing much to complain about. I'd consider going back because the price. They could clean shower heads and work on unplugging some drains.

Naga Angkor Hostel: Avoid at All Costs - Scammy Tactics and Zero Hospitality (0/5) Stay far away from Naga Angkor Hostel! My experience was a disastrous combination of misleading promotions, forced upselling, and appalling customer service. Scam Alert: Double Room Bait-and-Switch: Booked for 5 adults, arrived to find only 2 single beds per room. Hostel blamed Agoda - guests left in the middle. Predatory Upselling: Refused to squeeze 3 adults into 2 single beds (uncomfortable and unsafe!), pressured to pay for an additional room we couldn't afford. Pure greed, not hospitality. Parking Discrimination: Despite having parking, offered a distant alternative "because we weren't important enough." Deceptive Photos: Don't be fooled by their online pictures! What you see is not what you get.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The stuff was really friendly and helpful. The location is close to the city center. But the room was dusty and dirty. The floor and all surfaces wasn't clean, so it wasn't comfortable for us. Also spiderweb in the corners. In the evening till nighttime it was really noisy and it's wasn't possible to close the windows aka. stone brick wall in the bathroom. In total not recommended.

Not Recommended to anyone. Very poor service. Only 1 staff at reception to deal with all guest. There is no Remote for Air Condition. As per Agoda booking system check in time 1pm, But they allow check in after 2pm. Room not properly clean. No proper lighting system, very dark at night time. Also no fan/ Air condition at Reception area, if you came 1-3 hour before so just stay in hot weather. WiFi also not work at anywhere in hostel area. Once you goto outside so staff will insist you to give him key even you not yet checkout... never ever any hotel/guest house asked for key during your booking period. In the same price level lots of other options better then this.
