We had a very pleasant stay. Good location to get a grab to all the highlights in Bangkok. Not a very busy area so a lot more silent at night. Some great things were the water bottles and service of the employees. We really felt welcome.

It's location is subjective. There are some good street and restaurant food available. It's not busy and the atmosphere is generally safer comparing the bustle of Silom and Sathorn. However I find the balcony which is attached to a Deluxe twin room is riddled with bugs. I opened it expecting some cool breeze and I had a tiny swarm flying in. I closed it and started swatting the little intruders. They are there, believe it. Which sort of defeats the purpose of a adequately sized balcony. I wish they would have submitted a electrical bug contraption to zap them or an exterminator. Granted there are some lovely trees providing shade and singing birds which could explain the bugs. Toilet facilities are adequate though the size is a bit tight. Mini toiletries are provided, which might not be sufficient per 2 baths a day. 2 bottles water replenishes daily. Also in our room we had the nastiest bloat on the side the wall. I'm not sure what it was, I didn't dare touch it but looks like some kind of moisture leak and or fungi. There are no breakfast options, pool within the hotel. But food is plentiful, especially if you are partial to oyster egg omelets there is a truly excellent restaurant just 2 mins walk. And divine soybean, dessert and fried foods abound. Take a 10mins walk along the sidewalk of the hotel and sample the fare. It's not an extensive selection but it's quite delicious and great value for money. And of course IconSiam features tons of food and shopping options just 15mins walk away. 7-11's, Top convenient stores are littered all around. So no lack of late night beer chugging. 🍺😉 And oh ya, we stayed 3 nights.

First of all, I'd like to thank all the people who work in Naga Residence, especially the receptionist. We had some issues with our flight to Bangkok and the staff did us a great favor and helped us a lot. The room was spacious and comfortable enough for two persons and had an electric kettle and two bottles of fresh water every day. Everything was super clean. And there was a welcome pack of tea and coffee. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and so did the AC, so it wasn't too hot in the room.

The large, very clean room was a welcome.surprise.It had a separate pantry and a balcony. The location is great - there's a 7-11 around the corner, followed by a line of local restaurants serving good, inexpensive Thai and fusion food, and, of course, massage places. About 500 meters away, there are several bars and cafes. Walk about 500 meters more and you'll find the Krung Thonburi BTS station (Silom line), which will take you around Bangkok. The only drawback is the TV, which doesn't have English channels.
