Old building, room drap, shower leaks, floor always wet, very basic place. Sheets and towels are old and dingy. Location is far from food sources. There was no hot pot in the room to make coffee or tea Heavy construction next door with jack hammer makes loud impact noise.

One of the worst hotels I've been in Bangkok. Extremely dirty, unusable wifi, room was not cleaned, AC not working, far from main street, quite expensive for the value offered. At least staff is nice. Avoid this hotel at all.

This little Nantra hotel is located in downtown Bangkok. It's a very small set up in the quiet streets of Bkk which offers inexpensive rooms. For that price we paid, we really think it's worth it. Rooms are basic but not distasteful. Your usual hot water, towels, WiFi, safe, etc were all available. Decor is not present but good enough if all you need is a good night sleep. Staff were pleasant, and a free coffee/ tea service was offered at the lobby area. There are all together 5 floors, and they are served by elevators. So no prob w the luggage. On the whole, it served the purpose. For the price level in bkk, I am contented.

5th - 8th July 2023. Hotel is at a safe & quiet location along wireless road where the embassies are located. The hotel doesn't have much amenities, e.g. no toothbrush, (coffee sachet is at the lobby). But the staffs attentiveness made up for it, e.g. front desk helped me to print out boarding pass, provide me with kettle, clothe hanger, extra towels upon request. They even help me for early check in. Brilliant services.
