Hello, we are residents of Israel. Our vacation in Italy was planned from October 15th. We wanted to start in Naples and end on the Amalfi Coast. On October 7th, fighting began in Israel (it's called war here), and on October 13th we received a message from the airline Ryanair that our flight to Italy was cancelled. Two hotels refunded our money! One hotel offered to move our booking to next year and keep our credit! And only this hotel rejected all our requests in every possible way, even after I provided evidence and screenshots of the flight cancellation and Israeli citizenship. We were arrogantly and impolitely told that the situation doesn't matter, and that we are not Israeli citizens, and also that there is no war in Israel now... (I have a Ukrainian name, I am a Ukrainian who has been living in Israel since 2020. Because of my name, they called me a russian liar, and that the war in Ukraine has been going on for 2 years, but I asked to cancel the hotel 2 days before the start of the booking. Why they spoke about the war in Ukraine, when I repeated several times about the situation in Israel? This is a mystery...)

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU WOMAN. We are arriving tomorrow and you cancelled our booking literal hours before arrival! NO ONE GO THERE! This piece of rotten human being DOESN'T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE TO APOLOGISE OR EXPLAIN HERSELF! close your rooms and never open them again you filthy, ignorant piece of meat!

Don't make the same mistake as me and book at this place. The "hostess" denied a late check in, although it is mentioned in the policy, she directly told me to find another place to sleep. After some suggestions to find a solution and check in there, she kept saying No and I don't care for the policy!, so one day before my trip I had to search for another place to stay. Of course she kept the money and didn't refund anything. Worst experience ever, unfortunately I haven't read the reviews that other customers mentioned the same things! Also, I guess she doesn't speak English as the messages were sent through translate and I couldn't understand what she's trying to say. Very rude and unwilling to serve you.

Room was nice and clean altough water pressure was horrible and wifi working only by the doors and Windows. Owner serving breakfasts by her own was like tipical nonna who will refill Your plate before ending first one. Be aware nobody speaks english here. At the end location and the price makes worth a stay, there is like literally max 10 minutes to get everywhere in Napoli from there.
