It was e very enjoyable stay the staff was Very helpful and kind the room was really nice with everything you would want in a room is Very close to the main road has many things to eat and do close and is close to public transportation to move around if you want. The breakfast was really nice the coffee and the food .If we come agains in Napoli we would stay again there . Very nice hotel we didnt had any problem with the noice from the street at all great place to stay.

I came in and there was nobody at the door. I called and they got there in 3 minutes. Then they checked me in and gave me information about what to do and how to get to Positano. I needed to extend my trip and they let me stay another room. Then the following day, I had a late train ride after 11 and they let me keep my suitcase and my friends in the lobby until we had to leave. We could go out and enjoy food and grab them when we came back. Very professional and helpful front desk. They were very nice. Would certainly recommend

We had a good experience here. Alex, the manager was extremely friendly and professional and helped us sort out any minor problems.He also organised and negotiated a price for a taxi directly to the airport .I's in a good location, not in the noisy historical quarters but close enough to walk too.

They cancelled our reservation without any reason given and when asked about it they didn't answer. Most unprofessional behavior experienced ever. My credit card is and was valid. It was checked during the reservation process and the reservation was confirmed. Even if my card weren't valid, I wouldn't expect a direct cancellation but trying to contact me. Also you could already have answered to my mail in wich case I might not have left this review. I stand by my points made.
