Inexpensive, clean and quiet. Great for two for a short stay. A little more compact than the pictures suggest but the high ceilings add space. Aircon in the bedroom. Small kitchen to prepare the basics (hob only). There were sitting chairs on the terrace in front of the door. Lift to top floor then narrow stairs to the roof. There is a view only from the small windows. Pleasant neighborhood.

The place is lacking basic maintenance. Mold on the walls. Poor cleaning. Note that the room is placed on the 7th floor, while the elevator reaches only to the 5th floor.
