Please find my experience: 1. Behavior and Cooperation: The behavior and cooperation of the staff or individuals you interacted with were evidently exceptional. This likely means they were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout your experience. 2. Foods: If you appreciated the food, it's likely that the meals you had were delicious, well-prepared, and met your expectations in terms of taste, variety, and quality. 3. Room Quality: The high rating for room quality indicates that the accommodations you stayed in were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Perhaps the room met or exceeded your expectations in terms of amenities and comfort. 4. Overall Rating 5 out of 5: An overall rating of 5 out of 5 suggests that your experience was outstanding in every aspect, and you had no significant complaints or issues. This is the highest possible rating and indicates a very positive experience. In summary, it sounds like that I had an excellent experience, likely at a hotel or a similar establishment, where the staff's behavior, cooperation, food quality, and room standards all contributed to a memorable stay. My overall rating of 5 reflects your overall satisfaction with the experience.

Beautiful hatitjheel lake view from window/balcony. They have expert chefs for each authentic indian, thai, chinese, japanese and continental dishes. Their restaurant is 24/7 open. And the Sales concern is really professional and knows how to treat his customers.

May be for family or couple the hotel location is good ..but for business travellers the location is little far away. Rooms are ok , service is ok Breakfast is limited and options are very less. Somehow I didn't like the place very much . Staffs are smiling and well behaved and its a plus point for the Hotel

Excellent service, catered to Westerners. The rooms have the basic necessities, and are good and clean. "Normal" toilets (not the "hole in the ground" that is very common in Bangladesh). The staff are very friendly and hospitable and have a decent level of English. I really appreciated that plenty of free, sealed bottles of drinking water are provided on a daily basis. Also their laundry service is excellent. The only minor inconvenience I can think of was the lack of power outlets in all of the rooms. Each room only had one, so finding a suitable spot to plug in the kettle to make coffee or tea in the room was sometimes a bit tricky. I have stayed here on several occasions, both with my girlfriend and with friends. It should be noted that none of the 6 rooms I have seen had the same size or layout. This was not a problem in any way, but just to indicate your experiences could vary. Overall, definitely value for money and I will/have stayed there again!
