From the moment I contacted Nasma,their team was extremely responsive, professional, and accommodating. They took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, ensuring they found the perfect holiday home for me and my fellow travelers. The holiday home itself exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen and modern amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The level of customer service provided by Nasma was exceptional. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and with care. Fantastic experience in the 2 bedroom apartment in Dubai Hills. The apartment was elegantly and tastefully decorated with superb amenities and overlooking the greenery of the park which has jogging and cycling tracks. Is also very close to the Dubai Hills mall which was convenient as well as Downtown and the Marina for going out. Perfect for a short term stay in Dubai and much more comfortable and personal than staying in a uninspired hotel room. What truly set my experience apart though was the whole Nasma team who were extremely professional, responsive and attentive. I highly recommend!

What a shame ! Warning ! We had booked our apartment by this company for few months ago by Booking. We had contact the hotel by email many times. The hotel and Booking have the same speech « No problem, your booking is confirmed ! » After the hotel received our total payment they have canceled our reservation because an other guest has extend his stay. This is an unacceptable and very embarrassed situation 40 days before arrival ! I’ll never recommend to book by this company and forgot Booking to help for something !
