Native Manchester is a fabulous hotel in the heart of Manchester. On arrival the staff at reception were welcoming and attentive. Service at the restaurant was excellent, food good. I had booked a Premium studio, great space, modern, warm feel. Great bathroom and powerful shower. My only gripe was the sound proofing in the room was non existent, it felt like the people in the next room were actually in my room, I could hear every single word. Unfortunately for me they were up until the early hours of the morning…6.00 am. I mentioned this to the reception on leaving and I was a bit disappointed by the lady’s response, that I should have gone to reception and we could have moved rooms, well I didn’t fancy going down to reception at 4.00 am in the morning, considering I was only spending one night. I am of the opinion that hotels and their staff are aware which rooms have issues with sound etc, so I was a disappointed that they thought it ok to give me that room. I travel a lot and spend time in hotels all over the world. I did ask the receptionist when I booked in whether this room had any issues, she assured me that it would be fine and it really was not. I have given a good rating because if it was not for the poor sound proofing in my room, my experience would have been excellent as I loved the concept behind Native Manchester. Would I choose to stay there again… not sure! Would it be on the list of hotels I suggest my company or friends to stay at…Not sure as a good nights sleep is important. But as I have mentioned before it’s a great concept!

I have stayed here quite a few times and have never been disappointed. Great location. Clean and well designed rooms. Decent coffee and fresh milk. Big shout out to the helpful receptionist who kindly lent me a phone charger as there are no USB charging ports on the plug sockets in the room.

Booked this place as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday, and we really loved our stay here. The hotel is in a great location, small walking distance to shops / bars / restaurants. Loved that there was a bar/cafe downstairs, we enjoyed our breakfast here. There's also a gym that does classes and a mini cinema that we sadly didn't have time to try. The room was comfortable and spacious. My only negative was that there wasn't much natural light in the apartment. Would recommend to friends.

🚫🔥 ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS SHADY DUMP! 🔥🚫 Save yourself the agony and steer clear of Native Manchester – a breeding ground for deceit and fraud! Before making the mistake of booking a nightmarish stay at this establishment, I glanced through reviews. Red flags were waving as numerous honest patrons warned about the treacherous game they play with YOUR hard-earned money. Let me break it down for you: 👉 Grub £50 as a "security deposit" with the assurance that it will be refunded at checkout. 👉 Flat-out REFUSE to return said deposit, while arrogantly brushing off any attempts at communication. 👉 Rinse and repeat the despicable "security deposit scam" cycle. Don't be a clueless victim; BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS, FOLKS! This den of deception, Native Manchester, is shamelessly thriving on this elaborate swindle. For an allegedly popular establishment, the sheer audacity they exhibit is mind-boggling. Months have passed since they callously snatched my security deposit and ghosted every email I sent their way. In my extensive travels across Europe, I've encountered my fair share of hotels. It takes at most 7 working days for a reputable establishment to return your security deposit. But not Native! They intentionally drag out the agony, revealing the calculated nature of their deceit. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Your sanity and wallet will thank you. Native Manchester, you've earned your reputation as the epitome of unscrupulous business practices. Shame on you! 🤬👎
