They charge you for water, it’s NOT FREE!! Tried to charge us at check out but luckily we got a big packet from 7-11 which was much cheaper!! Perfect location, across the road from the beach on a street full of restaurants and bars and the road behind, where 7-11 is. Big spacious room, nice little balcony and a good air con with a fan to blow the cold air around. Very basic rooms and no lift. Clean towels provided daily that absolutely stank of damp, no toiletries or soap provided, had to ask a few times for toilet paper from reception as cleaner didn’t provide any. Shower pressure isn’t the best and it’s an open shower with a short curtain, so bathroom gets soaked and slippery. They have charges on the wall and half way through our stay the cleaner was demanding our bed sheets to be cleaned and insisted they were dirty but we said no it’s fine. Left do not disturb on the door but she still knocked on and said about cleaning it continuously. Never known a hotel to charge to clean your bed half way through your stay… Maybe to try get more money out of us? Best thing is the location, air con and the cheap price.

This is a hotel with a very nice environment. We stayed here for a month and we didn't even feel like we were in a hotel. There is a completely homely atmosphere here and my son plays very well. The playing area here is also very clean and big.

Location is technically a 5-star if you're basing it on being close to the action of Pattaya. A bit noisy for me. The room was a fantastic value when I stayed. The shower hadn't been cleaned, though. Receptionist seems very burnt out on dealing with customers. I'd still recommend it if you're able to reserve a room for the price I did, about 480฿

So, like most others here I had a bad experience here. The staff are exceptionally bad. Not sure what’s going but it needs to change. It seems as though they figured out they can treat people however they like and nothing will happen to them. There’s no management to step and curb bad behavior and if you start something with them they will simply call the cops on you. This place is a lose-lose proposition. The only good thing about this place is the location. The rooms are cheap but not good and the WiFi doesn’t work. The noise is from the actual staff not the guests. So yeah be careful if you go here and have even the most modest of expectations. Not worth it in my opinion.

November 2023 - We stayed here for almost a week, was very happy with the service of their staff, they are friendly and very helpful. We arrived late at night, the check-in process was super-fast. The room we stayed in was also very nice, with clean bathroom.. jz the wardrobe is a bit old-fashioned, but it's not a problem because we left the door open so it doesn't get stuffy inside.. Bedroom was always clean, tidied up by their lovely housekeeping.. ( Khob khun khrap, sisters.. ) Our holiday were very memorable, I was berry happy and will definitely come back again next year. 313
