The resort is in a great location. Wide assortment of rooms, we were a large group of 20+ people and although we had a hiccup, the staff worked to quickly resolve the situation. Our group had some small cozy rooms as well as some spacious rooms with 2 beds. The breakfast selection was great, and the views were awesome.

Stayed with my family and yes the rooms could do with a bit of updating. But the location is wonderful with the beach and lots of activities just across the road. Restaurant is ok and nice to sit and watch the people and traffic. Very easy to get into the main areas of Jomtien Beach.

Nicely located on the beachfront. Low-rise buildings only, max two floors. Drinks at the road overlooking the beach with a clear view of the possible sunset/sunrise of Jomtien beach. Rooms are adequately spaced and variation of choices is available. Less than 5km from Jomtien center but at least every 5 minutes (or less) small busses drive by to pickup passengers.

Don’t stay here! We booked the suite with 3 bedrooms, it’s not a suit with 3 bedrooms, it’s 3 independent rooms in one building. We thoughts we’d be sharing accomodation with our small children in their own room, we ending up cramping 4 of us into one room. For security reasons we couldn’t allow small children to sleep seperate to us. When we approached the desk we were basically told “it is what it is”. We requested a mattress to be added to our room seeing kids couldn’t use their room, they tried to charge 600baht for this request. Breakfast is 2 star quality, rudimentary. We had friends stay too. Similar issues to us. On our first day, 4 children and 1 adult got rashes, we suspected from the pool as we spent half the day there together with the kids spending most of the time in the pool. On later days the pool had a chlorine smell to it. As a pool owner I had suspected they hadn’t been adequately chlorinating the pool. Don’t use the massage shop on site, closest to reception, worst massage ever. Good one outside near 7/11. Food in restaurant is average in quality but high in price. Tried charging us for food we never received. We did tell them that we were still waiting on an order, they came back a said “it was made and sent out”, which we said by the plates on our table that we didn’t receive it, they still tried having us pay for it after this. WTH!. Our room had two doors, we were shocked to realise one door had a defective lock, found out when a stranger opened it by mistake. Which takes us back to original issue of 3 seperate rooms. On first day told no internet for 3 days. Internet came back on the 6th day, the day we left. I don’t understand the 5 star reviews this place gets, it is nothing like advertised and definitely not worthy of the price of staying there. Location opposite beach is ideal, it’s only highlight, a highlight that goes nowhere near making up for the other issues.
