Unfortunately, our room wasn't clean at all. There were stains and a bad smell in the fridge, stains on the chair, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time and there was hair in the bathroom that wasn't ours. Very unpleasant experience I must say as cleanliness the most important thing. The reception staff spoke decent English though which always helps. The location is quite far from the town centre if one wants to walk (25min one way). There are cafés and restaurants down the road.

The room is very small and nearly fully-equipped. But customer care doesn't deserve at 3 star. There are only two pillows in our room. The weather was cold, so we got a flu. We ask the reception for more two pillows as we need to put the head higher for better sleep. However, he has ignored our request, even we remind him. We ask him for the pricing of late checkout and he cannot provide us an exactly rate, it was not consistent as information in the hotel regulation. The reception usually left his/her job, so we cannot have a proper support. Frankly, room and facility are good, but not service!

AWESOME !!! Location is awesome, take a short walk out to the main road for meals, massage, pharmacy etc. It is located right opposite a primary school, no difficulty to book grab taxi / car and grabfood for this location. Hotel is clean and renovated recently. fuss free to provide extra shower gel, shampoo and toilet papers. Despite they are not able to provide room with 2 single beds (as all the rooms are fully booked) , they provided extra king size mattress (foc) for us. Thank you very much for the extra effort :)
