My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. Upon arrival we were told that the rooms don't have fridges however if we want one they can supply for Aus $3 per day. I told them we don't want a fridge we need one for my wife's medications. After 10mins od debating I told them to cancel my booking & refund me & we would find somewhere else to stay. As soon as I said that we were offered a fridge for free for the duration of our stay. The room was tiny, the double sized mattress on the bed was terrible, the pillows were shocking. The breakfast was included so on the 1st morning we tried it out. It was basically all Indonesian food like rice, noodles & spicy chicken. It was practically the same fir next 2 days so we skipped breakfast there after that. The meals were reasonably priced & pretty good value however the menu again catered mostly for Asian style food. The aircon in the room was really good, nice & cold. The room itself was very out dated, old but fairly clean. That is until I dropped my earbud under the bed. When I pulled the bed out from the wall it was pretty dirty but I will try to be fair as I've seen a lot worse. The TV reception was so bad that we asked 3 times to have it fixed. Each time we were told it was the same in all the rooms & that was the best they can do so we couldn't watch TV at all. The pool was small considering the size of the hotel & some guests had complained the water was warm. I tried it out for myself & was surprised to find the water was really warm. I jumped out after 15mins feeling like I had been in a sauna. The staff were friendly & having a little 24 hour mini mart at the entrance to the hotel was a game changer. It came in real handy especially in the late hours of the night/early hours of the morning. We were booked to stay over New Years & received free entry to the restaurant for a free meal & entertainment on NYE. My wife & i were so looking forward to it as it was our 1st NYE away from home. We'll how disappointing it was. Again the food was mainly Asian & spicy, the entertainment was all in Indonesian so we had no idea what they were saying or singing. There was no welcome for the guests at all. The hotel is a bit of distance away for shopping & eating costing us always above Aus

Highly recommended for holidays. The staff are friendly, the rooms are quite clean, even though last night I saw a cockroach in front of the bathroom door. and I was even greeted by the hotel COO (Pak Gusti Paramata) when I arrived.

the hotel itself is not bad, they have not much facilities, and a pretty bad wifi, not much food and drinks, but the staff is warm and welcoming, and theres a minimart in the hotel, but its really disappointing when the end year party's food is only 8, u may think its much but its not, and they gave us (muslims) alcohol beverages when we asked if it has alcohol, and food isnt the best, nor the tv 😭, I really see much potentials in this hotel but its sadly not put in good use 😔
