Good hotel. Shuttle to main locations were a plus. Staffs are nice and the breakfast was good too. They have a checkout scam going on in this hotel, so when you check out they check the mini fridge if we have consumed anything. I had mentioned that I have not consumed anything and i got into my cab. A person not in a uniform was coordinating with the staff in the reception, quickly went to my room and checked if anything was consumed. He came to my cab and got me out to the reception and mentioned I have consumed 2 soda bottles. I mentioned haven't consumed soda for the past 10 years and they let me go. They did the same thing to the person with whom i was sharing the shuttle as well. Management please look into this scam

I recently stayed at Hotel Naz City Hotel Taksim and I was blown away by the experience! Right from the start, the staff were super helpful. They took the time to explain everything about the hotel, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless and really comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. And the food? Absolutely amazing! Every meal was delicious, and the variety was great. Plus, the service was spot on - the staff were always on hand and nothing was too much trouble. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room too. It's little touches like this that make a big difference. Overall, I can't recommend Hotel Naz City Hotel Taksim enough. If you're looking for a place to stay in Taksim, this is it. Great location, fantastic service, and all the amenities you could need. Definitely a five-star experience!

Very professional staff. You feel like a king here. They just take care of you. I highly recommend that hotel. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, pretty nice spa area with small but great sauna.

The best hotel in Istanbul! Amazing staff members! Reception the best, helpful, always in the good mood, they will do everything for guest to feel comfortable! Shuttle service 24h amazing! Breakfast delicious! Room was excellent the most important CLEAN!!! Towels were smelling beautiful… I could write 5 pages… but you are simply the BEST! I will definitely come back. Thanks again! Damir.
