My husband and I stayed in the double room for 5 nights and liked the location/reliability of staff so much that we extended for another 13 nights in the king bed room with a balcony. I would highly recommend this property to any budget travellers, it had everything we needed including a large fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster (double room did not have toaster/microwave) and a very comfortable bed. Cleaning staff were amazing, knocking daily and giving us free water and making the bed/cleaning up sand and rubbish. The property is literally 5mins walk to Karon beach and close to many restaurants, bars, cannabis dispensaries, massage shops and street food vendors. 2 7-11s are also very close by. The landlady is really friendly and sweet, clearly happy to help. Only issue we faced was our bathroom not draining very well, occasionally making a gurgley sound and taking a while to drain after 2 of us showering - I would however note this did not ruin our stay and this place is AMAZING value for money. We left it feeling sad as we’d really started to feel at home here.

An exceptional accommodation experience. Room had everything needed, enough plug points, hanging racks, extra drawers and space for clothes. Shower has great pressure and great hot water. Cold water in fridge which is topped up every day. Nim is very friendly and delivers amazing customer service, willing to help in any way possible. Very close to the beach and you can make use of beach mats and towels for free. One of the best places to stay
