Apartment No: 3 It's very noisy, you can hear the neighbors and the people outside the door. Some sockets didn't work. Few cups and dishes available and only one hotplate, no oven. Only poorly furnished, ok for one night. A positive thing to mention is that we were able to move into our apartment before 3 p.m. upon request. Everything was clean and the bathroom is modern. For a lower price per night it would have been completely fine but for the price paid I would have expected more.

The accommodation is not recommended, the staff is incredibly unfriendly. The reception was not staffed when we arrived (or otherwise). The lady who then answered my call on the cell phone number on our booking confirmation said that if I hadn't received the code to access the apartment by email, she wouldn't be able to help me. We were treated extremely rudely on the phone after I tried to explain several times that I booked through my employer's travel agency and therefore hadn't received an email. Ultimately we were laughed at and hung up on. Further calls later to our travel agency, we finally got the key, but stood in front of the door in the cold for more than an hour and had to be laughed at for it. I often go on business trips and have never experienced anything like this. An absolute no go, therefore never again! In addition: WiFi doesn't work, no cleaning, no fresh towels, you can hear every word the neighbors say. For €100 per night it's a real disgrace. Really bad. ADDENDUM: The response to my review confirms what happened to us. I was promised a code via SMS, but I never received this SMS. Ultimately we needed a key. The operators of this accommodation have their own understanding of politeness. There were also two of us and the behavior of the “lady” can be witnessed. I will not continue this tiresome discussion and can only advise anyone not to book here. For the price you don't have to be treated like that.
