Duration of stay: 3hrs Price: 49 Brunei Dollar (as of Jan-2024) Location: Inside airport transit area (below RB sky lounge) Review: I stayed here last 13th of January 2024 for 3hrs. Just to grab few hours of sleep and hot shower while waiting for my connecting flight to Dubai, U.A.E. The room is fine for transiting passenger who wants to have some good sleep and hot shower. The bed, comforter and pillows are somehow comfy and clean. However, There is no option to change the room temperature. The shower room is clean. The attendant cleaned the room before I checked in. The room is secured by a passcode (will be given upon check-in). Extras: They will also give you three codes for the vendo machines in the transit area which you can get drinks or snacks. Better if they will have: - Attendant contact number/WhatsApp (As I waited 20-30mins for the attendant. Around 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm) - Room temperature control - Microwave They accept cash and card payment (VISA / Mastercard)

DO NOT STAY HERE! the sheets smelled like it was already used and the toilet had very strong urine smell. My partner lifted the toilet seat and there was poop everywhere. It was very disgusting

I book a room online and receive a booking number from host. But, it does not have a passcode to unlock room unit with booking. My flight will arrive Brunei airport at 00:45 AM, which check-in time is available from 08:00-22:00. How can I check-in or ask for passcode? Thanks.

First, the airport is having a renovation and the hotel knows it since January 2019. They should inform all the guests let them decide if they still want to stay there. Because the noise was UNBEARABLE!!!! Felt I was sleeping in the construction site. don’t even need to mention the vibrates.. I only stay in the room for 20 minutes when the work start and when I left the room I couldn’t hear anything for 5 minutes... the hotel provides ear plugs and thinking it will solve the problem!!! Trust me, it won’t. Room itself is clean and comfortable but the air conditioner was too strong which is control by the airport. They bring me an extra blanket on my request also a hair dryer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hair dryer was not in the room which they thought it was and there was not in other room as well.( I asked other guests) The location just right next to the gates but in the airport there was nothing to eat only a convenience store.
