Nice hotel and the staff are great. The bed is kind of firm but I understand that the locals prefer it that way. The faucet in the bathroom requires effort to shut off properly. The furniture is dated. Kudos to the staff who took the jacket that I forgot in the closet down to lobby for me. I should've tipped her but was in a hurry and totally forgot, sorry.

Very excellent service and very accommodating staffs. Hotel location is very near Hanoi railway station and has railway tour, can walk to Ly Thuong Kiet bus station to catch the bus to international Noibai Airport with 2US dollars fee.
