We stayed for 5 days, and we didn’t have any problems about the noise. We saw the other guests in the common area and heard footsteps but didn’t hear people talking or being loud. Everyone was being respectful of others spaces and peacefulness. It’s very easy to get to the station, about 6 minutes and the station is accessible to all the tourist spots in Tokyo, close to Asakusa but a bit further to Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. tho train ticket are cheap in Tokyo area. Our room was clean when we arrived but a bit tiny, if you are traveling with a big luggage I don’t think you can open it inside the room especially with two people. The living room and kitchen were clean, but the bathrooms need more cleaning, the bathroom door were moldy it bothered me. They have shampoo and body body soap but the conditioner was weird, it bubbled when I used it so I had to buy one. The toilet seat for the women’s bathroom was faulty too, I think they need to fix that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
