Very surprised at how good of an experience I had at Freestyle. Place was nicer than it looked in the photos and an excellent value. Very nice vibe. There is no laundry.

We stayed in courtyard 2 br apartment by royal stay on Jefferson and 15 street. Price was the best from Hotels.com and even that I booked through Agoda, they was able to do "price match". Great place, rooms very spacious, kids liked cable TV and all kids channels 😃. Pool just outside the door, water was perfect. Everything keeps super clean. Manager is amazing, very nice and accomidating. Short walk to the beach though Lincoln rd or 15 street. Bunch of cafes and bakeries all around apartment. Publix 3 min drive, CVS 3 min walk. Dominos and papa John's pizza 2 min walk away, have same deals on each state (cheap and delicious). Our apartment was on the first floor and came with cute back garden, for sun tanning and dry clothes after the pool 👍. The beach chairs and umbrellas are free till 5 pm during the week on the beach now. Airplane tickets are super cheap right now and beaches dont have a lot of people. Highly recommend, one of the nicest places we stayed in Miami. We planning to come back next year 😆.

Stay was okay. It suited our needs for the three nights we’d be there but we have some complaints. Noisy neighbors in the courtyard this morning at 3:30am. Believe they went in the first floor of the first building (same as ours). When asked to keep it down, they responded rudely and kept on talking loudly. Also, in Apt 4 (ours), the first bedroom had no air flow from A/C. My brother said it was very hot for sleeping. He only told me this last night, otherwise I would have requested a look at it. And the kitchen vent had no air flow either. Seems there’s some blockage for those vents. Please check out these issues so next occupant won’t have same ones. Thank you

Stayed with other friends at this place. We have stayed in many places and hotels. For this place, the toilets are very small and seat did not stay up, bathroom doors don't lock. Kitchen had very few pots, inadequate silverware, no handtowels, very much student-like place. For a place that charges as much and at least 8-10 blocks from the beach, there are many more attractive, comfortable, and better places to stay. We will never stay here ever again and definitely do not recommend to anyone.
