I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and all I have to say is that everything about this hotel is great. From the location to the room and the staff, all was great!!! We will definitely book this hotel again when in Casablanca.

BEWARE FRADULENT HOTEL They charged me fraudulently for a canceled reservation despite me canceling 3 weeks in advance (their cancelation policy allows for full refund if cancelled 24 hours in advance) I emailed them but no response so I had to go ahead and dispute it with my credit card company Read other reviews and this seems to be their standard practice. I would stay away from them

I used to go to this hotels for years. 6 years ago the service was really outstanding. The stuff was professional, friendly and so helpful. When I arrive, I found fruits, coffee and drinks in the fridge. Everyday they bring new coffee. In the last two years, after the manager left the hotel (french women), the experience started going down, the last time it was a disaster. When I called, an old and very polite man told me a price, when I came I found a young man that charged me more and explained that the price they told me before because the hotel was empty but today it's full. The day after I discovered that I was almost the only client. There was no fruits, only one coffee. When I asked for more they charged me, but the worst is that the moment he bringed the coffee he asked me, you need to pay now! Knowing that the price was almost the same I paid before, but with a very negative experience. Unfortunately, it was the last time I will go to this hotel. I really liked it so much but I'm obliged to go somewhere else.

Great experience staying here. Suites are large and modern. Big shower. Good AC. Comfy couch. Shuttle to the airport (~$40) arranged by the hotel was very convenient. Very nice hotel staff. Hotel is located near many restaurants and nightlife — we recommend Oncle Blend and Music Owl (live music) Only downside is hotel is a bit further from tourist sites but you can get to them via a 10 min taxi or 30-45 min walk
