We had a pleasant stay here. Very welcoming host. Location is 3km south from Hoi An centre and very close to paddy fields. Bicycle ride through the rice fields is refreshing. Recommended for people seeking a quiet and peaceful stay at Hoi An and experience the countryside. Value for money.

We arrived quite late (2300H) due to a taxi scam from the airport (avoid all the taxis, call Grab instead). The owners were already sleeping, but were awoken by us due to noise. They also offered us some leftovers for dinner as we were unable to find any nearby open food places. I'm greatly thankful. Preferred mode of transport is by motorbike. Rental is 140k. I do not recommend buying fuel from nearby due to the high cost (2 litres for 40k). You can visit a nearby petrol station and it will cost you 50k for a full tank. This will easily last you the entirety of your stay in Hoi An.

Very Affordable, Nice home, clean ventilated room with small balcony. Very welcoming host, understands English, explained the tour. Stay includes breakfast, they served very tasty noodle. Also arranged for boiled eggs on request. Not great view from room but good country side feeling which i loved. The main attraction placed to visit are around 3.7 kms away. We walked there and its was superb walking on the narrow lanes and beside the river. Loved our stay.
