If you love this door, you will enjoy your stay, as we did! Location is the biggest challenge but the proprietor sends photos to guide you! It is very near the clearly marked Star Terminus Hotel, which is a major pick up for tours. It is also right outside the Line 1 subway exit and across the street from both the subway and train terminals. Also, just outside the building are many cafes and there are additional eateries around the block. There is a massive wooden door which stands open during the day, and which is locked at night. However there is a small part of the door which opens with a key which you will be provided. We call it the hobbit door, but we did not need to duck to go through it. After entering this charming doorway, you turn left, pass some wooden mailboxes, perhaps a cat, and an open door to the kitchen of one of the restaurants, and turn left at the end of the hallway. You will have to take your luggage up seven steps to an elevator that is almost as charming as the front door to the building. It will take you in a metal cage with small wooden doors up to the second floor, where the lodging is located.

We were looking for a simple hotel for our short trip to Naples. We are so glad we chose New Gallery! While we were hesitant at first about being so close to the station, it felt very lively and safe. The best part was the service. Everyone felt genuinely kind and eager to help, which made the difference for our stay. The actual room was fine: good AC, clean, and simple. Nothing crazy amazing, but the price was on par with all the other hotels in the city, and delivered with everything it promised.

The location is in the heart of Naples and close to the central station. The staff is super nice and helpful and you feel like home. Everything looks and seems new, modern and well chosen. The rooms are quiet when the windows are closed. Every room has its own AC. The value for money is absolutely great!

The place is clean and organize. A bit small but really comfortable. The bed is really good in my opinion and the pillows as well. Washroom is small but maximize. It's also quite at night. We were received by the hostes with warm and friendly attitude. The only downside is that it's tricky to locate. Overall I'm giving 4 star to the BnB. I recommend for u to try it.
