I’m confused how this place can be so cheap! Amazing service, helpful and polite personnel. The room and washroom(with bidet and dryer!) was clean. And it should be noted that bed lines were super clean and good quality(as in a hotels). Higher ceiling about 4 meters. What surprised me the most is the garden with mandarin and lemon trees and parrots flying over that trees. The receptionist gives shampoo and soap for free if you ask. This place definitely worth higher payment and ranking. See you next time! Greetings from a tourist from Kazakhstan!🇰🇿🇮🇹

It feels rundown. Not a great atmosphere. No vibe. Cheap so not bad. No lock on bathroom. The receptionist shrugged his shoulders when I bought it up. Kitchen is small and hardly any fridge space. Front door doesn’t work.

kitchen is a perfect hostel set up, staff was incredibly friendly when checking in and throughout the days The rooms are the perfect set up for a hostel the stairs to the top bunk make a massive difference!! Breakfast included in our booking and was expecting less tbh after these reviews, they give you a croissant and a coffee and both were incredible and freshly made🤍

It was my first experience staying in a hostel and I can say it was perfect. The room was pretty clean with everything I needed. The service is just incredible, the guys from reception are always up to help, pretty educated, amazing people. The hostel is located in the central area so I could walk to most of the tourist places, this is really important because public transport in Rome is just chaotic. I recommend staying at this hostel.

There was no hot water according to the front desk because of a system issue. I took one hot shower on my first night and then checked out and stayed somewhere else the next two nights. I went in October 2023 and for weeks I tried calling, emailing, and to this date I still have not gotten a response. To be completely ignored is unprofessional and for that reason I would not recommend staying here in case something goes wrong, based on my experience, you might get no response and no refund as in my case. Also, two taxi and uber drivers on my first day in Rome told me the hostel's location is not safe to roam around, especially for women at night. The Hostel is very close to the train station.
