Spent 3 nights in this hotel with family members in December. Despite having doubts based on previous reviews, our experience was excellent all around. The area was very convenient to explore Paris, very safe and quiet at night. Rooms and bathrooms had a good enough size. We booked 2 junior suites and 1 triple and all had enough space to move around and leave luggage on the floor. Beds were very comfortable and toiletries were excellent. Breakfast was excellent every morning and we never had issues of products lacking. It was all fresh and great quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. 100% satisfied with the experience and the price of the rooms.

We stayed here for 3 nights, Great experience! The rooms aren’t big, however they are clean, the bathroom is gorgeous and the bed is like a cloud. If you’re planning on doing sightseeing it is perfect! You are close to metro and train, and within walking distance of Galeries Lafayette, le tetes de Nuages and more! We had an issue with payment however simple mix up and they were quick to respond to our queries. Negative reviews made me a bit nervous, however quickly realised they were most certainly false. Overall would highly recommend :)

From the moment we arrived we were treated so well. Reception greeted us in english after we mangled the french language and even though we were early had no problem with us leaving our bags in safety while we went hunting for coffee and croissants. We stayed two nights and had no trouble at all, however the deep bath in the large bathroom caused some minor preference wars. The lobby was a very comfortable place to wait for taxis and Ubers and an early morning walk produced some excellent pastries just around the corner. It is also close to many icons and is in comfortable walking distance from Gare du Nord and the Opera House. It is nice to be greeted as kindly as the staff do at this establishment. They do an excellent job. The maid service was good too; disreetly cleaning and restocking and also having a friendly 'bonjour' in the hallways. If I ever get back to Paris this will be my choice of stay.
