Overall excellent little hotel. Out of the main area but all the little things more than make up for it. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk clerks were always helpful and respectful. Rooms were larger than expected. Good layout. Good lighting. Clean floors and washrooms. Would highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

This hotel is good for someone who is used to Bangkok, and knows the ins and outs as it is hard to find, our taxi driver had to ask directions twice before we arrived. Once here the rooms are nice and the bed is big. However the shower, in our room at least, was poorly placed so you'd be sticking to the shower curtain in order to be under the spray of the water which isn't ideal. The A/C is good and quite to chill the room. The restaurant in the hotel is basic but quick and cheap. Staff were helpful and seemed friendly although didn't speak much English. Kings palace is around 20 minute walk, main shopping area is around 20 minutes in the opposite direction. Limited restaurants within walking distance and only really 7 elevens nearby.

A good place to spent the night for business trip and family trip. The inside is well decorated. The room is clean and nice. Free breakfast included which you can chose to eat porridge or American breakfast. The service is very good. Plenty of parking space in the hotel area.

Hotel is very hard to find when you don't know the area - our taxi drivers really struggled to find it too. The food here was not great which does reflect in the cheap price. The shower wasn't very well laid out either, couldn't be adjusted and wasn't powerful. Hotel room was very spacious and clean - tea and coffee facilities, and they also provided bottles water in the fridge. Staff were helpful but didn't speak much English.
