Great location, nice and quiet with a good view. Checking in was a little too long of a process. The manager showed us around the place and explained everything well. The room was nice but cleaning and upkeep could use an upgrade. Lots of little details that were missed that could have been caught with a simple look over. Noise is definitely an issue as you can hear everything and we were constantly worried if we were causing too much noise with just the TV playing at regular volume. Might be better in the summer to take advantage of the pool. Breakfast was great just missing a hot food item. Worth trying this place out!

Second time visitor and first time experience using the bed and breakfast facilities. The pampering is palpable. Each room has its own decor. Very comfortable ambience and everything one could ever wish for as a home away from home! ABA you're amazing. The team spirit is great too. Keep up the good work! Breakfast was superb with a variety of fruits, cereals, croissants, bagels, yogurt just name it. Simply awestruck by the attention to details.

Newton Villa is a charming bed and breakfast located in a quiet neighborhood of Cambridge. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with fresh fruits, pastries, eggs and bacon. The location is convenient, as it is close to the city center and the university. Newton Villa is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and cozy stay in Cambridge.

Our experience with the Newton Villa has been nothing but positive. We flew in from. WA state and were late due to a delayed flight and missing baggage. Didn't arrive at the Villa until 1:30am (well past the late check-in time) and Abba was so kind and hospitable to us, she woke up and still let us in. Such a sweet lady who truly cares about her tenants. Will definitely stay there again.

I booked this place for 23 of us for my wedding this past weekend, and we could not have been happier with our stay! The location and property are lovely and there are apples you can pick off the trees! The pool was so much fun to use, and the rooms were all nice and had everything you’d need. Breakfast was good, service was amazing (shoutout to Aba!), and everyone had a great time. We will definitely be back!
