I recently stayed there for ten days, and it was great. The location is central to Beşiktaş, so you have everything with walking distance. Also the staff was great. They asked me via text if I was ok everyday, and upon my arrival there was a delay at the airport and staff stayed after hours to make sure I would receive my room keys. I’ll be coming back!!

Perfect if you are visiting Beşiktaş ! Beşiktaş is one of my favorite neighborhood in Istanbul and Newway Apartments was a right choice for us. Bear in mind that Beşiktaş is an ancient area and most buildings are not new. However, the apartment finishing was good and all basic needs were provided. The staff were very friendly and room price was competitive. I most mention the Free Wi-Fi, early + late check in and impressive Cleanliness. Overall the experience was perfect, but there is always room for improvements. The sound insulation of the separated wall between the bedroom and next flat must be reviewed. especially if you had some loud customers.

A very cosy place, clean, located in the heart of Besiktas, surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurants, fast foods. The owner is very kind and solving any request fast and properly.There is only one minus, the bathrooms have very small sinks, when you use it, you splash the water everywhere. :-)

Awful experience, very poor customer service and management. Just out to make a quick buck. Booked hotel room here, agreed check in between 12-2. Arrived at 12.30 and waited roughly one hour as there is no reception, no one to be found so ended up booking another hotel. Management would not refund original booking despite fact they were not even around to let us into the room. Ridiculous customer service.
