Service was first class - no issues Rooms were dated, and wall paper started to peel. There are lots of chips on most of the woodwork, probably the smallest shower I've seen in a hotel for the last decade, Location was good, 3 minute walk in any direction

First of all the photos they post on their website do not match the reality. The rooms are very small, unclean and there is mold in the bathrooms and the windowsills. We booked a new style room but when we arrived we got a room that didn’t have a bath tub as we expected. Then we noticed a bloodstain on the bed sheets. After complaining about this we got a different room. No apologies were offered. The other room wasn’t better. The shower curtain was yellowish instead of white and there were mold spots on the wall. One of the corners in the room had a spiderweb with a spider in it. Furthermore we did not receive roomservice even after requesting this. The only positive thing about this hotel was the location and their breakfast was also allright. Definitely not worth a second visit. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Amazing location just a few minutes walk away from the Grand Place. The rooms were big and clean, and the staff was super nice! If you join their free loyalty program you can check in early at no extra charge. They can also store your luggage before/after you check out if you need!

Liked · The location of the hotel is excellent. You’re 5 minutes walking from the hotel to the central train station and 3 minutes walking to the Galeries Royal. The rooms are okay but a little dated and in some need of maintenance. Has a pot for coffee and another one for tea. Bathrooms are decent size and Came equipped with nice toiletries. The reception staff very very good, they where very helpful when asking for directions or understanding the trains in Belgium. They even let me stay in the same room when the group was reduced to 2 people. Disliked · Oh man, where to start. Room “Junior Suite” was a decent size. Toilet was separate from shower, both of them had lavatory which is kind of nice when you’re in a group. But both bathrooms where very run down. The toilet one, smelled funny and one day we had a leakage, the staff fixed it promptly. The second bathroom was big and had mold in the ceiling and in the glass separation. It also has a very weird configuration of the shower head with the faucet, you had to be on one side of the shower where it would cause massive leakage after showering. The air conditioning was the worst. Too small for the size of the room, you had to sleep bare ( without any sheets) just not to melt. You couldn’t open the windows because of the loud cards and motorcycles passing through. Best of it all was noticing how the cash I had in my passport holder was taken at some point during my stay. You are definitely paying location here. The rooms are nice enough but not for the asking price.
