We stayed 3 nights in December. The location was perfect next to the train station and close to the old town. We upgraded our room to the upper floor before checking in and the views were amazing, you could see all the way to the mountains. I took pictures during sunset and sunrise! Development opportunities: the room service staff could be more careful - half of our order was missing but we received it promptly after notifying them. All in all, we were happy with our stay and the service was friendly. I would recommend 👍🏻

I can't help but feel deeply disappointed by my recent stay at this establishment. When I asked a lobby employee for directions to the restroom, the encounter turned into a frustrating experience. Despite my insistence that I was a hotel guest, a hotel lobby employee refused to provide directions and said “it’s only for guests”. After I shared that I was a guest he denied it and stated repeatedly that I was not a guest so I couldn’t use the restroom. This experience was frustrating because I thought I was paying more here for better quality service and instead I was being told that I wasn’t a guest and couldn’t use the restroom. The frustrating part about this is that he came across as arrogant and belittling. Would he have treated me better if I wasn’t a person of color? Even after I showed him my guest card, he continued to be uncooperative and displayed a complete lack of empathy. He even went as far as to say he wasn’t going to apologize for treating me rudely. I have had pleasant experiences at other NH locations so I did not expect this to occur. It's disheartening to be treated this way, especially when thinking your paying extra for the service. If you are looking for a place to stay where you are treated well as a guest, there are many other options to consider nearby. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure a more inclusive and welcoming environment for guests of all backgrounds.

The hotel is meridian in quality. Its advantages include being located steps from Munich Central Station and having a convenience store in the corner of the building. However, it has several drawbacks. For some reason that I can't understand, the lobby is scented with a nasty, strong, and sweet smell of flowers about to be wasted... and the same stench each of the four days I was here. The room has a shower with no complete door, so the water splashes all over the bathroom, and the shower sprays pressurized water in a thin, unpleasant stream. The toiletries were also meridian; not too bad, but far from good. The third night I was in the hotel, nobody cleaned the room. In short, a hotel that I would return to only if I had to and were willing to pay excessively for a room that is not comfortable and a lobby with a vulgar odor.

This hotel is right on top of the Munich main station so the location is absolutely amazing. They have fantastic security for the elevators so I felt safe dispite it being in a busy urban area. 4 stars are due to the showers, so much water comes out of the showers and flood the bathroom. Definitely was an inconvenience to have to ask for more towels. Rooms were very clean and service was great. They let you check your luggage for the day too, which helps if you are exploring after check out.
