The hotel is slightly tucked away from the centre but close enough for main transport access and bars and restaurants. The hotel is quite modern with a double room having a spacious bathroom and super king size bed. The rooms are well equipped with tea and coffee plus a coffee machine. Although we hadn't mentioned it was my partner's birthday they must've seen the date and sent a dessert with a candle as a surprise. Great service and a wonderful few days.

The hotel was nicely maintained and decorated. It was not right in the city centre but still within walking distance. However, I had some issues with the check-in process handled by the male front desk staff. As a Titanium member, I should have received a welcome drink but did not. He also improperly handled charging my credit card for the booking fee initially. This meant I had to be charged again at checkout by a different front desk staff member in order to redeem my account dollars. Overall, the hotel facilities were nice but I had a frustrating experience with the check-in process.

Great experience. Friendly staff. They welcomed us with a glass of port wine and a chocolates. Pet friendly, we got a litter box. Rooms are good enough and with all that you expect from a 4 starts hotel. I fully recommend.
