This hotel cost all penny that you paid for it. And breakfast do good to loose it. Easy underground parking 50 meters from hotel. Staff is professional and friendly Rooms is clean and quiet. Walking distance for old Leipzig . Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel located perfectly in the city center. The rooms are spacious and well isolated. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast delicious. I am already planning to come back another time.

Bad! It all started very positively, good location and from the parking lot you can go straight to the hotel - convenient. … And then we had to wait at the reception for an infinitely long time! A young intern, a very nice and polite girl, but how can a hotel manager allow only one employee at the reception during rush hour? Our hotel reservation was not found. OK. It happens, but it all depends on how the issue is resolved. And it hasn't been. The rooms are new, but dirty. The floor is washed around the objects. Very bad! The carpets in the corridor are also dirty. The water in the shower does not drain. There were so many people at breakfast that they stood and waited at the dirty tables to be cleaned. These comments are not to the staff but to the hotel manager.

Great service from start to finish. Good quality rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was both varied and plentiful. The staff members that looked after me were just superb. Everyone was very helpful, particularly the front of house. They went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is convenient to get to many areas throughout Leipzig. I recommend this hotel.
