I stayed in Nikara Residence for 2 years 9 months, and I had a wonderful time staying here. Extremely comfortable! The owner; Mas Nico, he was very friendly— he does pay attention to the smallest details, cares so much about cleanliness and tidiness. Guards and receptionist were also friendly, very helpful and responsive, every issues were well managed. Location is very good, you can easily find plenty good foods in this area. Each room has balcony, there are sharing fridges in every floor along with water dispenser, and they provide kitchen in 1st floor too. Also, the parking lot is quite spacy. Highly recommended! Thank you for providing ‘home’ to my stay in Jakarta!

Comfortable place to rest a couple days or weeks. The service is really good, the staff are all friendly. The rooms are also very comfortable, there is warm water in the bathroom, there is a shared refrigerator & a dishwashing sink for shared use. For the price offered, it is really worth it for an exclusive boarding house.
