Don't book in this hotel, it's a complete disaster. Rooms are dirty, there is smoking in the hotel and the manager just wants to get the money, he doesn't care about the rest

Not suitable for older people, since is in the middle of a steep slope. So cant give 5 for location, otherwise after you climbed the slope you will be right on the tram line way, near yo Sultanahmet. Rooms are ok i got the one with kitchen, the other one is too small. Clearly the upper floors are preferable. There is no service except gor the cleaning lady.

Don’t go there! The pictures is different from reality! Very bad conditions and no money back! The manager block me to not call him for my money. Booking also has no refund my money.

This place is a scam. They take your money and when you try to check in they claim the room is still occupied and we waited in the street for 4 hours and the room was still not available (see video). They keps saying it will be vacated and cleaned soon while we waited on the street and the room was still occupied. They refused to refund our money and the police had to be called in. From the comments we see they do this often to many guests.
