Best place to stay in Kathmandu. Very nice staff, helpful, calm and always available. Rooms are beautiful, the location is calm, no traffic and no full tourists around. 10 minutes walk to Thamel walking distance. Very convenient place to stay. Thank you Dev for making us having a pleasant stay

Peaceful and beautifully designed hotel with perfect location, great terrace and hot shower 😁 Hotel staff are all so nice and caring. It feels like home. They help you and arrange anything you need. Loved the tasty breakfast on the terrace, with the sun, coffee and city view. Could stay there for hours. Rooms are spacious and clean, lovely designed. Tea maker was a nice bonus in winter time. Loved the name by the doors. Wifi worked perfectly in the room and on the terrace. Location is truly amazing. Very peaceful. Close to the airport. Super close to lively Thamel and spiritual monkey temple. Around 15- 20 minutes walk to both directions. I highly recommend it 🙏 Thank you Nivas boutique home for making my stay in Kathmandu so nice 🌺

Had an awesome stay at Nivas! The whole crew was so kind and helpful, rooms were very clean and well equipped- nothing to complain about. Recommend for everyone who wants to stay a little outside the crowd and hustle of Thamel but within a short walking range to all restaurants etc.

The best customer service I've had- anywhere in the world! We arrived at Nivas Boutique after a long travel day and the moment that we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were greeted at the door, given prayer beads, taken to our room which was clean, tidy with a desk, tea and kettle, had a balcony overlooking the city. The rooftop terrace was lovely, food was excellent we had vegetable curry for dinner and an Indian breakfast in the morning- I would highly recommend! I'm so glad we picked here before our Everest Basecamp trek!

Spent a week in Kathmandu at Nivas Boutique before new year and had a very comfortable stay. Thamel, Darbar square, Swayambhu Temple are at 20-30 minute of easy walk. The place in itself is elegant and staff is at par with making it a very relaxing stay. The whole kitchen, reception and housekeeping staff is very kind and helpful. Did not get to know everyone's names but extending my thanks to Suraj, Dev, Rozina, Raj and the rest of the team, we would definitely stay again when visiting Kathmandu.
