Great hotel, great experience❤️ Tbilisi as always a great city to visit and No 12 Boutique Hotel was our 3-rd time experience always choosing this hotel! Always very welcome and cosy. Highly recommend! Best hotel, love it!

It was clean. The room was well designed but without daylight, it was like a bunker or a room for tools. It was noisy to. The staff was lethargic but they do their job. The breakfast was like in america, only sweet & fat. In my experience you can find this kind of quality for 25% of the price in Tbilisi. The picture is from our room at 10am.

We felt welcome to No12 hotel right as we stepped through the door. The service is great, the staff was kind and helpful and the room was specious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is really great. Would definitely recommend to stay in this fantastic hotel.
