Really bad experience. Far away from european standards! Had to take a cold shower(in the winter on a 5 star hotel...) before travelling. I wasn't notify and when i complained, the day manager, that was in the office behind the front desk, didn't came to talk to me even after i asked twice! Asked for a discount and they offered me the coca-cola that i had from the room's minibar! To avoid at all cost.

What can I say. If you are coming from the UK, Europe, US or any other country where you have expectations of a 5* hotel, then this is the place to stay. I have stayed at over 1000 hotels worldwide and this one is a really excellent 5* hotel that will exceed your expectations. Its ideally located for the center of the city and easy walking distance to most things. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. I ate here a couple of times and the whole place emanates quality. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the fact I got exactly what I asked for. The coffee was also really good. The rooms are lovely, again high quality and really comfortable. The bathroom had everything you would expect. The service was also excellent from the staff. The little spa in the basement is a must. I went 3 times :-) really enjoyed relaxing here. It’s nice as you book a slot and then have it to yourselves. If you are going to Moldova, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Used only the restaurant during the snow storm. Magnificent view and great food. This is one really serious restaurant regarding food quality, preparation and service. Will visit again.
