The apartment was average clean, the linens weren't fresh. We were missing blankets (in December), those were delivered upon request. The toilet seat was unclean and broken. No amenities in the apartment. The neighbourhood is quite unpleasant to walk around. The lake and the airport are nearby. There is no breakfast available in winter

Apartment was realy old, aircondition was realy reaaaaaly bad, it has a bath tub but there is no plug, so just a shower, no lift, in the ad it says there is coffee and sugar and everything, but there is none of them, not even a shower gel, the bed had weels with no stop, there was no one at the office for checkout and the list goes on... Overall, not recommended *at all*

Lived here for six months. Disgusting place, no sound insulation, you will hear all the neighbors (Pakistanis, Indians) from all sides. Old renovation, due to the huge rush for real estate in 22-23 and the greed of the Cypriots, the rent for such a hut is wildly overpriced. Internet equipment was stolen from the roof because... The door to the house and to the roof is always open, anyone from the street can enter. After this there is practically no signal. It became impossible to work. The surveillance cameras downstairs do not save video, why are they needed then? Security at zero level. Pros: proximity to the sea, lake and airport. Everything else is cons. The nearest store is 1.5 km one way. The landlord does everything very slowly.

The location is very good, close to the sea and the salt lake, where you can walk. The apartment I received also had a view of the sea and the salt lake. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which makes staying in Cyprus very comfortable in hot weather. Even when I asked for an additional fan, they brought it to me in the same second. The service there is very comfortable as the staff there were keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible and fulfill all our requirements with ease. I highly recommend him. If I go to Larnaca again I will definitely go there.
