Bad preparation and Disgusting Breakfast experience. We arrived at the room and they forgot to provide Towel and hair dryer for us and we had to ask by ourself and also for the Breakfast Buffet some food menu had gone really bad as if its are leftover by many days. It tasted really bad and we lost our appetite after eating the breakfast. Worst experience staying here

No good, my one star is for the staffs there. Very friendly. If you think to have a fast getaway from Singapore to a cheaper resort please don’t come here. It’s very Expensive, they charge even for water. $3 one bottle. Our room were also very old and not well maintained. My wife and me had lunch there when we arrived, they charged us for one plate of rice and beef rendang for 300 000rp. Which is around $30Sgd worse than an expensive Nasi Padang here in SG. And seriously not very good too. When we wanted to view the bridge at Tiru resort, they sent us there. But once we arrived the receptionist said we must pay 150 000 (each) which is equivalent to $15 to go and view the bridge but we can use the $15 credit when we reached the bar there. Meaning they just want you to spend on something at tiru bridge too. That place is very very expensive it’s a scam to make sure they Dig your wallet.

The room I stayed was old but I understood they are upgrading in some of the rooms. Good place to spend a short weekend to relax and chill and enjoy the food.

They provided free transport from Nongapuri Ferry Terminal and we were also allowed to check in early as we arrived way earlier than the recommended check in time which was great. However, we actually booked 2 rooms with 4 single beds and was given 2 queen sized beds instead. It wasn’t too big of a deal as we understand that we are checking in a lot earlier than expected and they may not have the rooms we requested for. Anyway, the resort was spacious but you could tell the space wasn’t very well kept. The floors was a little dirty and the hot water for showering was very limited especially for a family of 4. The locks on the window at the balcony was broken and we had to keep the curtains closed in case anyone climbed in. They were swift in answering to our queries and the service was good, but there was literally nothing to do here other than relaxing on the beach for hours. We walked back and forth to Turi beach for their water activities (and it’s a long walk) and it made us wonder why we booked Nongsa Point instead of Turi resort. Food options are extremely limited here. We ended up leaving the whole place earlier to go Batam Central instead because the place was so boring. I really did not want to give it such a bad review because the service is good but the 3d2n here was very disappointing.
