Had a bit of trouble checking in after 7pm when the staff go home for the day but they were very kind and helpful over WhatsApp when we were outside the hotel trying to get inside. The room was huge with very tall painted ceilings. Felt very historic. Close to the train station but far enough away to feel very safe.

Had a great stay at Novella House. Room was cozy and served its purpose as a base to explore the city center. It's in close walking distance to the train station and main tourist sites. Limited amenities and check-in office open only during the day, but staff were welcoming and eager to help during that time.

Great place to stay, a little bit in an old neighbourhood but the location was great. Close to train station, tourist attractions and shopping. I would recommend, Alex very helpful and courteous.

We switched two accommodations they have. We had one night with each. The italian classic superior room is just special. The room decoration is really enjoyable if you appreciate this style. The apartment is also nice. Alex helped us and spoke with us like a friend would do. He also helped us with some issues we had despite the fact it was our mistake. Definitely i would come and visit again Really good value for money and the location is just perfect
