Place very nice.. so many facilities and can used swimming pool too.. but must used swimming clothes..

Best condo. Peaceful, and chill. No messy bins, clean. Corridor mopped everyday. Everyone keep saying rules so strict. But the only thing is you need to wear SWIMWEAR for swimming. Other than that, no one will care for you. Guard also don’t care what you want to do. Just enjoy your holiday. Parking is spacious. Very strategic. Lobby is clean. One things i love about this building is it’s cleanliness. No trash messing around. Cleaner available everyday. Also got 24/7 laundry & groceries store below. Recommended.

This is a very bad condominium. The minute I enter the guard house, regretted renting this place for my vacations. The entrance was narrow. No waiting area, as need to collect keys frm mailbox. There’s too many huge pillars as we make our way to the car parks. Not to mention the lane is very very narrow. Entrance to each level of car park are very very narrow. Only thing is good the waiting time for elevator 🛗 were fast. Common area are clean. Another thing is the guard cannot understand English or BM.

Security guard service is very bad! Being told that everytime enter have to scan registration QR code!Once expired have to register a new QR code again !Such an inconvenient SOP !!!!! Plus this condo reservation weren't made by us tho!!! In the end he let us in ! The Malay security guard who made a statement saying in a rude manner with his motorbike plat number of 3610 that if we didnt have the registered QR code to scan he'll ask someone to clam our car!! What he is doing made us felt threatened! We came here to enjoy our holiday not to experience this kind of worst servicing ! To the condo authorities pls do something about the security guard management ! Train well your security guard beforehand to avoid this happening the future !!!
