Its a grate place to stay in and the value is reasonable. Friendly and quiet environment. Employees are very friendly and helpful Service is grate. Room is nice and big enough for family of three. They need to provide more towels for residents according to the reservation, at least 2 of everything as the expected visitors are mostly couples Mostly I do not eat in the places I stay in as I’m doing in this one so my rating doesn’t include restaurants In general the place worth to be visit again thanks Novotel team

Everything was GREAT!! I don’t understand the bad reviews ! We arrived one hour earlier and they let us in and BAGUIA even upgraded our room! she was so sweet , The service is superb!! the rooms are clean and all the necessaries are available. Our reservation was half board so we had lunch at zytoun and mr.luther helped us and he was also very kind and helpful! I WOULD RE VISIT THIS PLACE AS SOON AS I CAN ! it was my fiancé birthday and this place made it extra special

I don’t understand where there are so many rave reviews. We chose the hotel to relax and celebrate my birthday with my husband. I relied on excellent reviews and the hotel’s pricing policy. It is not cheap, which means the service must be present. As a result, the room is anciently renovated, there is no sound insulation, which means that from the very morning you will listen to the wild screaming of children, stamping their feet, knocking on doors, and even your upstairs neighbor going to the toilet. As for the food, there are no complaints, and this is perhaps the only plus about this hotel. The food was delicious both at breakfast and the one we ordered to our room. But as for the service, it's complete trash. To ensure that your room is cleaned, be patient. You will need to call 3-4 times for someone to finally come clean. If you need to replace your shower gel because it has simply run out, you need to call 3-4 times and ask that someone finally deign to bring you this gel. But it’s funny how they tried to solve the problem by simply offering body lotion, which should be provided in the room anyway. But we refused it because we have our own. But the very fact that this was a solution to their problem, that they do not respond to requests and provide proper service. Before you book this hotel, think again whether such a service is worth your money and whether it’s worth wasting your time constantly asking them for everything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Was a one night stay. Mr. Bassam in the reception was generous and upgraded my room to the VIP suite and I would like to thank him for that. With a balcony over the sea directly we enjoyed a beautiful night with the sweat delicacy the kindly offered us. ?The breakfast buffet was varied and cater for most tastes. By the way this was my second return to this resort.
