Reception was welcoming and breakfast tasty but that's all what the hotel had to offer. My room was quiet but sad, with no charm. It's not even that close from the train station

I came here together with our colleagues to spend few days among us. The hotel offered clean and tidy rooms and a good variety of food and drinks for breakfast and lunch. After a small accident (red wine on white cardigan) the kind personnel of the hotel took care of it and saved one of my favorite clothes. Thanks again for the nice welcoming and stay in Bordeaux.

Room we had was lovely clean and comfortable. Toiletries were provided - shower gel/shampoo/ soap were large size. Food was lovely. Be advised that the hotel doesn't do dinner at weekend!!! Very strange in my opinion - I've never come across this before. Breakfast on our last day (Sunday) was a bit chaotic - no eggs/ beans/ bowls available - the issue was rectified after a while though and food was hot and delicious. Staff were lovely and helpful also.

We booked this for an overnight stay as we left early and it is very close to the main train station. It is right on one of the main metro stops so it is convenient to everything. The rooms are fine for the price point, but what made this an exceptional stay was the service. Unfortunately, I left two pairs of glasses in the room and only noticed it when it was too late to return. I called the reception and they handled everything to send it to my home in the USA. They arrived today in perfect condition. In my opinion, this was "above and beyond" the call and I would highly recommend them.
