We stayed here one night as we were flying out early the next morning. The hotel is convenient to the airport. The reception staff was very pleasant. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. It is because of the staff and restaurant that this hotel gets 1 star. Otherwise it would be no stars. Our room had two half-full disposable water bottles in it. We could have lived with that but there was a hairbrush stuck behind the towel in the shower. Yuck. Clearly the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. When checking out I advised the reception staff of what we saw, and they seemed to be suitably horrified. But still. Yuck.

Decent airport hotel with free shuttle service every half an hour. Spacious rooms with bathroom having shower as well as bath tub and bit weird but toilet is separate. Basic toiletries are provided but remember to bring moisturiser. White towels are not white anymore. Room has carpet all over but I could see stains on it and does not feel clean when you walk bare foot as a pair of slippers is not provided. Staff is nice and friendly. Hotel has a decent breakfast and a bar on second floor which also serves dinner though it has limited options. Tried this restaurant twice for dinner, soup of the day was good, however chicken vol au vent was very salty.

This hotel is extremely practical. I would like to note that their staff and front disk is super helpful. Obviously, I stay here because of work. I noticed this time that the room has been renovated which was nice. The area (Zaventem) is not vibrant at all. I really wish if the hotel has simple restaurant/bar, it will help a lot. Also, the iron I used was not the best. However, it is still my favorite hotel in the area without a doubt

I've stayed there a lot of times and the hotel does what a airport hotel is supposed to do. Good enough room, with good space, and having the free shuttle was one of the features that made me book it compared to for example NH which has a similar price point. The problem is the service. While the people at the desk are very nice and helpful, some people at the restaurant and bar are simply rude. If people don't like serving customers they shouldn't be working in a hotel. A real shame because the cheeseburger is excellent and another of the reasons for me to stay there. The rudeness of the restaurant staff broke me, and i'll not be staying there in the future.

Airport hotel and they know it. Expensive, basic rooms and rude restaurant staff. Wouldn't recommend. Bar was closed and when I went for a beer they made everyone sit on the same table despite there being various spare tables. Also, the bar and restaurant closes at 10 which isn't good. Be aware that the shuttle only starts at 6am so if you need to get to the airport before then you will need to walk (20-25mins) or take a taxi, which is €20 for less than 2km!
