All the staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and the standard well deserved a five star rating. The welcome fruit was a full basket of tangerine, sweet and tasty, enough for us to consume during our five-day stay. Gym room was well equipped and we enjoyed the yoga class every evening.

Subject: Exceptional Service and Memorable Experience I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Duyen Huynh, the hotel restaurant manager. She went above and beyond to accommodate two Gold guests from the Pullman who had missed their boat for the dragon cruise. Choosing to stay at the hotel turned out to be a much better option for us. We enjoyed an amazing dinner with great music, making it a memorable celebration for the third day of our honeymoon in comfort. The entire staff, from the reception to the restaurant, was incredibly lovely. Our experience was truly amazing, and we appreciate the effort put into making our stay exceptional.

Stay here for 3 nights, and overall, the experience is great. The breakfast is plenty of choices, but when the hotel occupancy is high, then you have to go before 8am or earlier otherwise the queue will be very long with the waiting time about 30 minutes.

Spending one day at Novotel but it totally worth my money and time. My first impression about Novotel is the warm welcome of the Front Desk area. The staff really know how to take care of their guests and how professional they are when i was having trouble with my booking and other stuff. Best customer service i ever experienced. For the room, i really satisfied and don’t have anything to complain about. Thank you Novotel 🙏 for being a place that i never forget and keep up the good work.

Novotel is big chain hotel but service are so so here. The first we came, the reception ask if we would like to upgrade our room for Hans river view and told us the additional rates to add on. After we decided not to, then she upgraded us instantly without extra charge. Should I be happy or surprise or what? One moment you wanted to charge us and seconds later u gave us free upgrade. On our last day, I requested some 4 bottles of water but was told they can only provide 2 free and another need to charge. I told them my room type is the 2 bedroom apartment, should we get 4 bottles? On the phone it was agreed but at the end also came 2 bottles only. I asked for another 2 bottles but was being ignored. This is rude for a 4 or 5 star chain hotel.
